please note that being the exemption set to 0Euro, in EU all goods need to pay VAT which is 20-25% depending on the Country. 2. Canadian, European customs are strict on parcel inspection. Commercial express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. are more likely to be subject to tariffs.

Parcel submission tips:

1. The weight of the parcel is the important basis for the customs to judge it as civil parcel or commercial parcel. A 10kg parcel will be more likely to be regarded as a commercial parcel. So please consider the weight of the parcel when you submit it. 

2. Excessive quantity of the same product is also the basis for being judged as a commercial parcel. Please try to avoid sending a large amount of the same product in one parcel.

3. Due to the customs policy, please consider carefully for sending medicines.

Customs clearance instructions:

Immediately control the item, if is defective, damaged, or incorrect, immediately communicate with the delivery company and ourselves via email to Upon our approval, you'll be refunded the full cost, including - if the case - the Import Fees, once your return is processed.

If the product is eligible to refund, you will be provided with a courier return label (included return address) which allows you to return the item(s) to the return point address located in USA and Europe. You can find your most convenient drop-off  location using the website of the specific courier you choose. The returning product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in undamaged condition, with all original tags intact and attached.

Refund timing

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our return location, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
